Ooooo….pretty!

When I saw this necklace, my eyes went wide.  Again, I haven’t been a big fan of accessories, but lately my style has been shifting and I’ve noticed that I’m spending more time looking at rings, necklaces and other shiny things.  And it was during a recent perusal of jeweled goods that I spotted this multi-chained, multi-colored wonder by Citrine by the Stones.  This necklace is huge.  It drapes all the way down past the belly button and I think it would look fantastic and perfect for this simple and casual black day dress I have.  The dress is super form-fitting and I’ve been hesitant to wear it because I didn’t have the right accessory to go with it.  At first I considered a wide belt, maybe a jacket or one of those big scarfs.  They’d work but I wasn’t sold.  But when I saw this necklace and how big and colorful it was, I knew it’d be perfect.  Alas I am on a shopping diet and am not allowed to add anything to my closet.  Such will power!  Gifts, however, are a different matter and entirely acceptable.
